Job Description
MANAGER HR A reputable Manufacturing Unit (having Manufacturing Facilities at Korangi & Port Qasim) requires the services of Manager HR. Ideal candidate must be MS / MBA in HR having experience of more than 5 years in similar capacity.
- Have sound experience of Strategic and Operational Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Must be familiar with the best practices of HCM and capable to develop Policies, SOP and JDs
- Have excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Should be familiar with Labor Laws
