About Position:
FOCUS is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant eCommerce Manager to support our online sales and marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, online marketing, data analysis, and product merchandising.
Responsibilities
· Assist in managing daily operations of the FOCUS eCommerce platform.
· Support in product listing optimization and inventory management.
· Help execute digital marketing campaigns of FOCUS (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to drive traffic and sales.
· Monitor and analyze website performance, and ensure timely order processing, shipping, and delivery
· Coordinate with internal, cross-functional teams at FOCUS to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment.
· Help enhance customer experience and troubleshoot online inquiries.
· Address customer queries and concerns to enhance satisfaction and optimize product pages for enhanced customer engagement and conversion.
Regularly update and maintain the e-commerce platform.
Measure website traffic and user behavior, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
