We are looking for an innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of planning and executing impactful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and techniques to drive brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality blogs, videos, and infographics for digital platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact, ensuring engaging and personalized communication.
  • Performance Marketing: Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Hotjar.
  • Campaign Strategy: Create and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals such as lead generation, sales, and customer retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the graphic design and video production teams to create visually compelling campaigns.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to ensure competitive advantage.

Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing social media and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Hotjar.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
