Position Overview:
Intercargo Logistics (SMC-Private) Limited is a local chapter of Intercargo Logistics UK that provides one point logistics solution to its clients across the 32 countries of world. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hands-on execution to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture untapped markets.
Marketing Management:
Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Plan and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Collaboration and Strategy:
Work closely with product development teams to align marketing efforts with product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Develop budgets for sales and marketing activities and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in sales and marketing management roles (5+ years preferred).
Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing tools, and data analytics platforms.
Creative thinking with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to market changes.

Salary Range: 100,000 to 120,000
