Position Overview:

We are offering an excellent opportunity to earn from home! We are seeking proactive and motivated Cold Callers to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, setting appointments, and converting leads into customers to drive sales and foster business growth.

Your responsibilities will include nurturing client relationships, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates, and contributing to the company’s overall success. The ideal candidate should excel in sales, possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and have a solid understanding of converting potential leads into loyal customers.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to engage potential clients (USA phone number only).

- Use a pre-defined script to introduce the offer and pitch the leads for appointment.

- Turn leads into customers through the appointment.

- Engage potential clients with a persuasive and professional tone.

- Follow up with leads and maintain records of calls and appointments.

- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets.

Schedule:

• Full-Time: Monday to Friday - 7 PM to 4 AM
• Break (1 hours, 30 min)

Qualifications

- Ability to build rapport quickly and engage customers effectively.

- Experience in cold calling or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

- Fluency in English with minimal accent (preferably American accent)

- Must have a reliable PC and headset, in addition to an Ethernet cable to ensure high-quality calls.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong ability to handle objections.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.

- Basic computer skills to log information and update CRM tools.
