Responsibilities:

- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain office organization and streamline administrative processes.
- Assist in project coordination and tracking progress.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
