Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Trainer to deliver engaging and informative training sessions to our clients and trainees. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire learners to achieve their career goals. The role will focus on delivering training in Bookkeeping, VAT, Payroll, Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks and Accounting Assistant programs.

Note:

We provide 15 days of initial training to equip you with the required knowledge and ensure you are fully prepared to deliver high-quality courses to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions tailored to clients' and students' needs.

Train individuals in areas such as bookkeeping, VAT preparation, payroll processing, Sage 50, Xero, and general accounting assistant skills.

Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, guides, and exercises. Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance.

Stay updated on the latest industry practices and software developments to ensure training content remains relevant.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to customize training solutions.

Provide post-training support to clients and trainees when needed.

Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proven experience in delivering training sessions or presentations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Ability to adapt teaching style to different learning styles.
