Sales Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for sanitary ware, stainless steel sinks, and PPRC pipes in the assigned area.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales executives to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
Credit Sales Management:
Oversee the credit sales process, ensuring that credit terms are adhered to and that customers understand the payment conditions.
Manage relationships with key accounts and ensure timely processing of credit applications.
Payment Collection & Recovery:
Ensure the recovery of overdue payments from clients, proactively following up on outstanding invoices and collaborating with the finance department to facilitate payment collections.
Resolve any payment-related issues, negotiating repayment terms when necessary while maintaining positive customer relations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
Provide product training and technical support to customers, ensuring they understand product benefits and usage.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor and report on sales performance, credit sales, and recovery activities to senior management.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts and provide insights into market conditions, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
Team Management & Development:
Oversee the performance of the field sales team, conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching, and ensuring team members are aligned with sales goals.
Organize regular training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a focus on sanitary ware, stainless steel products, or piping systems.
Strong understanding of credit sales management and payment recovery processes.
