Job Description

We lead the market in Staffing Solutions across the Middle East and South – Central Asia, attracting top professionals. We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Lahore office with at least 2 years of experience in the HR industry.

Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with coordination and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and track sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain and update sales databases and reports.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Job Specification

Skills:

2-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG

Must be familiar with databases and sales software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
