We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative with 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team and help us connect with our clients effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads.
- Present and promote company products and services over the phone.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster sales growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling.
- Record and manage customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
