Call Centre Agents / Verifiers

This is a full-time, on-site Call Centre Agent | Verifiers role. The incumbent will perform day-to-day tasks such as verifying customer information, handling outbound calls, and ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, the incumbent will provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data verification
Experience in call center operations and customer service
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Capability to handle and resolve customer complaints
