Location: Kot Lakhpat - Lahore
Timings:
US shift (7pm-4am PKT)
UK shift (12pm-9pm PKT)
AU shift (3am-12pm PKT)
About the role:
Opperate exists to help connect top sales reps (SDRs) with the HIGHEST paying International SaaS companies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts & effectively communicate to generate interest & schedule demos.
You will generate qualified opportunities & revenue by targeted inbound prospecting (calls/emails) to schedule demos, build relationships, & start the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls & emails daily
Prospecting - acquire key prospect data from online, book demos, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM
Selling - be able to prime the opportunity/close by driving value & creating interest with prospective customers
Collaborate with sales reps (AEs) to schedule prospect calls, meetings and demos
Process - must know how to build/follow a sustainable & effective outreach process via cadencing/sequencing of outreach steps
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities & revenue
Requirements & Skills
Qualifications:
Ability to work on-site in Kot Lakhpat Lahore in any of the timings (US, UK, AU) as described in this job description
Speak English fluently (excellent written/oral communication skills)
4-year degree preferred in business or related field
B2B Sales experience is a plus
