We are looking for a skilled and organized accountant to manage the finances and accounting operations of our gas station located in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, be proficient with digital tools, and have prior experience in a similar role. This is a part-time position, suitable for candidates looking to balance work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Management:
• Record and maintain daily accounting entries.
• Track daily sales and generate financial reports.
• Prepare invoices and manage supplier payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account monitoring.
2. Stock Management:
• Monitor and control fuel and product inventory.
• Update stock entries on the HQTS Gas Station Management software.
3. Reporting and Audits:
• Prepare periodic financial reports for management.
• Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
4. Data Entry on HQTS Software:
• Accurately input financial and operational data into HQTS software.
• Use the software to optimize operational tracking.
5. Other Duties:
• Assist with payroll management for employees.
• Prepare and submit tax declarations for the gas station.
Required Qualifications:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in a gas station or a similar environment.
• Proficiency in accounting tools and the ability to work with HQTS Gas Station Management software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with part-time hours.
