We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to work remotely from Pakistan for our Company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Prepare job descriptions, post job openings, and screen applications.
Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
Manage onboarding processes, including orientation programs and documentation.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
Promote a positive work culture through engagement activities and communication initiatives.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Prepare contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
Track and manage employee leave, attendance, and benefits.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and legal standards.
Performance Management:
Conducting performance appraisals and evaluations.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
Experience with HR analytics and reporting.
