We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join our startupaccounting firm. As an integral part of our firm, you will assist with accounting tasks using Zoho, QuickBooks, and Tally, manage tax-related activities, and support administrative functions. This is a full-time remote position that requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills, along with a strong foundation in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Support: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions using Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and Tally.
Tax Filing & Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing taxes, including VAT and corporate taxes. Knowledge of UAE tax laws is not required. Training will be provided.
Financial Reporting: Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports and assist with year-end closing for multiple clients.
Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including document management, data entry, and other office-related duties.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their accounting and tax needs.
Other Tasks: Assist with any ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team and clients.
