Job Description

GoldOak Solicitors is seeking a dedicated Remote UK Immigration Specialist to join our growing team. As a UK-based, SRA-regulated law firm, we specialize in providing immigration services to clients worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various UK immigration processes, including sponsorship licence applications, visa processing, and ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the success of our international team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage UK sponsorship licence applications and ensure maintenance

Process and assign Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS)

Handle various visa applications, including Skilled Worker, Self-sponsorship, and Business Expansion visas

Provide expert guidance on UK immigration requirements

Maintain accurate documentation and records

Ensure compliance with UKVI regulations

Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Assist with our overseas recruitment drive for professional positions in the UK job sector

Job Specification

Required Skills:

In-depth knowledge of UK immigration laws: Expertise in handling UK sponsorship licence applications, Skilled Worker visa, Self-sponsorship visa, and Business Expansion visa processes.

Experience with Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS): Proven ability to process and manage CoS assignments efficiently.

Strong attention to detail: Ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with UKVI regulations.

Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

Time management skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Experience using tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Remote work readiness: Ability to work independently with reliable internet and home office setup.

Team collaboration: Comfortable working in a virtual team environment while maintaining a high level of coordination.
