Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and arranging seating.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials.
- Run errands outside the office, such as banking transactions, purchasing office supplies, and delivering documents.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Ensure that all office equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
