The Role
TXT Solutions private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic professional services engineer to join its world class team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly-talented individual to provide professional services for our international clients.
Job opportunity is as an intern for initial 3 months, and leading to a permanent job.
The Responsibilities
Develop a detailed knowledge of the existing software within the company and provide software support to its customers to troubleshoot and resolve their problems.
Required Experience
Fresh IT graduates or Computer Science diploma holders (Previous customer support experience will be a plus)
Essential Skills
Excellent communications in Urdu and English
Working knowledge of html and css.
Xsl knowledge is good to have.
Personal Skills
A willingness to learn – quickly
Ability to work individually and as team player
Good to have Skills & Experience
Graphic design (Adobe illustrator, Photoshop or simlar tools)
Analytical and critical thinking
Requirements & Skills
