About Us:

What We Offer:
Probation Period (1 Month): PKR 15,000
Post-Probation Salary: As agreed between the parties, with a 1-year contract (extendable up to 3 years).
Annual Increment: 10%–20% based on performance and experience gained.
Bonus: Up to 50% of the salary after every 6 months (based on punctuality, professionalism, no absenteeism, and adherence to paid leave quotas).
Fuel Allowance: 2–5 liters per month for outbound tasks (market visits, purchases, surveys, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
Design & Editing:
Create engaging images, slides, and video clips for social media platforms.
Use AI tools and subscription-based software for design and editing tasks.
Office Tasks:
Handle MS Word and Excel for documentation and record-keeping.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
Market Visits:
Conduct market visits for purchases, surveys, or other business-related tasks.
Learning & Development:
Quickly adapt to new tools and software required for projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing for social media platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with AI tools.
Ability to learn and use subscription-based software for design and editing.
Valid Driving License (Bike) for outbound tasks.
References: Relatives living in Lahore (required at the time of contract signing).
Proof of Identity & Residence: Required at the time of hiring.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and a professional attitude.
