Job Overview:

Remote, part-time role in a startup.

Probation period: 3 months (starting salary is limited).

Main focus: Maximizing sales and running Meta Ads Manager effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Increase sales by implementing and suggesting strategies.
Run & optimize Meta Ads Manager campaigns for maximum results.
Post content at the right time with engaging captions.
Respond to customers casually yet professionally.
Assist in social media management (some aspects handled by you).

Requirements:

Education: Enrolled in or graduated from a business-related course.
Experience: Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and sales strategies.

Skills:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to dedicate time consistently to business tasks.

Creativity & passion for startups.

Familiarity with social media & content creation (a plus).
