BMS Technician For Saudi Arabia
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical circuits.
Use electrical meters, hand tools, and power tools efficiently.
Install and terminate BMS sensors and other field devices.
Perform EMT, IMC, and rigid conduit bending and installation.
Safely carry and use ladders as required.
Pull and route wires for BMS systems.
Terminate cables in control panels and field devices.
Work collaboratively with other trades on-site.
Ensure high-quality installation and workmanship.
Supervise site teams as needed.
Job Specification
Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 2 years in electrical systems.
Education: High School diploma or GED.
Strong knowledge of electrical installations.
Ability to read and understand IO point lists and flow diagrams.
Familiarity with analog and digital inputs/outputs.
Desirable Knowledge:
Understanding of HVAC and security systems.
Experience with LON, BACnet, and Modbus protocols.
Experience in installing specialty flow, pressure, and monitoring sensors.
Knowledge of installing cameras and door hardware for security systems.
Panel building experience is a plus.
