About Us:

My name is Ben, I started CountyData.io a U.S.-based startup in the real estate industry with AI solutions and automation bots. We help real estate professionals make better decisions with the best data possible. I created this company to solve my real estate business needs, successfully sold that company, and started this one in Dec 2024. We have three developers currently, all located in Pakistan.

Now my biggest problem is we have more demand than we can handle, which is good, and why I'm hiring.

Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled and motivated developer to join our growing team. This is a full-time role for those who thrive in challenging startup environments. You’ll work directly with our core team and CEO Ben to develop bots, integrate APIs, and deploy AI-driven solutions for clients and the company.

Tech Stack:

Must-have: Python, JavaScript, React, AWS (lambda, EC2), API integration, Selenium, LLM Prompt Engineering

Bonus Skills: HTML

Requirements:

Fully fluent in English (spoken and written)

Must work Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours (12-hour difference from Pakistan)

Compensation:

$10 Hour+ (skill based)

Bonuses per project completion (ranging from $50-300+) per project
