About the Role:
We are seeking a Copilot Developer to design and build AI-driven agents that assist customers in navigating Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. This role involves developing intelligent, conversational AI systems that enhance compliance workflows, streamline customer verification, and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered copilots to support users in KYC and AML procedures.
Integrate AI agents with compliance systems to automate customer query resolution.
Work with LLMs and NLP models to enhance the accuracy and responsiveness of AI interactions.
Collaborate with compliance, engineering, and product teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
Continuously improve AI models based on customer feedback and compliance updates.
Ensure data security, privacy, and adherence to industry regulations.
Requirements:
Experience with AI/ML development, particularly NLP and LLM-based applications.
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or relevant AI frameworks.
Hands-on experience with AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or conversational AI.
Familiarity with KYC, AML, or financial compliance workflows is a plus.
Ability to work with APIs and integrate AI models into existing systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI.
Knowledge of financial regulations related to AML and KYC.
Background in fintech, regtech, or compliance-driven AI solutions.
