HR Intern

Soft Nation Technologies is looking for HR intern to join!

Timings: 12:00pm-9:00pm
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 4, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update HR databases and records.
• Support employer branding initiatives through social media and job portals.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Fresh to 6 months of experience in HR or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outspoken and confident personality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
