Location: Remote (Home-based)
Job Type: Full-Time (8 hours/day)

Job Summary:
As an SEO expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website’s visibility in search engines. You will work closely with our marketing team to optimize our content, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on the latest industry trends. As its a remote job, you need to work for 8 hrs in total out of 24 hrs. 5 days a week. The monitoring is done via Hubstaff to record the tasks and time.
CANDIDATE WITH NO EXPERIENCE IN SEO NEED NOT APPLY—PRIMARY JOB IS TO CREATE QUALITY BACK LINKS (100/8Hr)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO best practices.
- Perform regular site audits to identify and fix on-page and technical SEO issues.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content.
- Create and present comprehensive SEO reports to stakeholders.
- Utilize Hubstaff to record time worked and manage daily tasks effectively.

Job Specification
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
2. In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, tools, and best practices (e.g., keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO).
3. Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
4. Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
5. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development processes.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Knowledge of local SEO and experience in managing SEO for a wide range of industries is a plus.
