We are seeking a Inbound Sales Executive for New sales campaign of Telecommunications in United States. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Magnificent Communication skills and a strong ability to assist customer on the call . Key Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound Sales Calls: Answer inbound calls from potential customers, providing excellent customer service and identifying sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Cross-Sell and Upsell: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.
Follow-Up Calls: Make follow-up calls to customers as needed, ensuring they are satisfied with their purchase and resolving any post-sale concerns.
Record and Update Customer Information: Accurately input and update customer data into the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are logged and tracked.
