As a Recruiter & Business Development Trainee, you will receive full training and mentorship, with the opportunity for career progression within the first six months based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions.
Source, screen, and onboard candidates, ensuring they meet client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Collaborate with the business development team to help expand the company’s client base.
Assist in business development tasks like client outreach, creating proposals, and attending virtual meetings.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
Requirements:
Fluency in English: Ability to communicate confidently and professionally, both written and spoken.
Laptop & Stable Internet: Must have a personal laptop and a stable, uninterrupted internet connection (no electricity issues that may affect work).
Quiet Workspace: Must have a quiet and dedicated space to work during UK office hours.
Time Commitment: This is a full-time role, and the candidate must avoid any family commitments during working hours.
Long-Term Commitment: We are looking for someone who is ready to commit to a long-term position with a clear focus on growth and development within the company.
Working Hours:
UK Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (GMT), with a 1-hour break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
Salary:
Starting Salary: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month, based on prior experience.
Performance-Based Salary Increase: If performance is exemplary, there will be a salary review after the probation period of 4 months.
Probation Period:
Duration: 4 months.
Evaluation: Based on performance, a salary increase will be considered within the first 6 months.
