We are looking for a Hybrid Sales Executive (Telemarketer Setter and Closer) to join our team at What's On Your Mind, Inc. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage the entire sales cycle—from generating leads to closing deals. The ideal candidate should be proactive, goal-oriented, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. As part of our team, you will work during US Eastern Time Zone hours (11 AM - 7 PM) to engage with prospective clients and convert them into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with qualified leads.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to showcase our services, tailoring pitches to meet client needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Address client objections, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for referrals and upselling.
