Outbound Calling Agent
Outbound Sales Representatives are chatty, outgoing and professional individuals who understand that they are in a position that requires them to be personable and persuasive without being pushy. This is a role that is made for those who arenβt afraid to jump in and identify the needs of the customer while setting appointments and generating sales.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Outbound Cold Calls to Prospective Clients.
- Sell Products and Place Customer Orders in the Computer System
- Provide Product and Service Information to Customers
- Utilize, Maintain and Continuously Improve Various Sales and Communication Techniques.
- Working with Weekly KPIs and targets.
- Research required Information Using Available Resources
- Route Calls to Appropriate Resources
- Document all Call Information according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Follow up Customer Calls where Necessary
- Upsell Products and Services
- Complete Call Logs and Reports
- Identify and Escalate Issues to Supervisor
- Other Duties as Assigned
