Linkitsoft is currently looking for energetic and passionate Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly and efficiently responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Data entry in various platforms as required.
Requirements:
Fluency in English must
At least Intermediate level proficiency in English.
1 years of customer service experience is required.
Strong listening skills and the ability to multi-task.
Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
