THE FAS Solutions Ltd is on the hunt for a Social Media Expert who lives and breathes UGC, viral content, and knows how to build, engage, and grow a loyal community from the ground up. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just scroll, they strategize, create, engage, and influence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• You’ll be the architect of our social media universe, transforming pixels into passion and followers into fanatics. Key responsibilities include:
• Creating scroll-stopping UGC-based content, reels, stories, and short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram & beyond.
• Building a magnetic social presence for our brand and products even from scratch if needed.
• Collaborating with internal teams to bring campaigns and product messaging to life in a way that's fun, human, and engaging.
• Driving conversations, responding to comments/messages, and turning followers into fans.
• Analysing performance and continuously improving based on data and audience behavior.
• Working with real users/customers to encourage organic UGC contributions and participation.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record of growing TikTok/Instagram with a following and engaging content portfolio (show us your stats!).
• Deep understanding of UGC trends, storytelling, social media algorithms, and content hooks that actually convert.
• A portfolio which burst with viral reels, UGC campaigns, and content that made audiences hit “follow.”
• Hands-on experience creating visually appealing, fast-paced, share-worthy content and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• A clear understanding of social trends, hashtag hacks, and platform updates (yep, even TikTok’s latest algorithm shift).
• Ability to build communities from zero, your past work shows you’ve done it before, and you can do it again.
• Excellent communication skills, a fun and relatable tone, and genuine audience connection skills.
• And you can reply to DMs faster than a “get ready with me” video and turn trolls into loyalists with empathy.
• Strong knowledge of editing tools/apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.).
• Bonus: Experience working with tech, SaaS, or digital services brands or accounting or real estate niches.
