We’re looking for a motivated Junior Business Developer to manage Upwork profiles, generate leads, and drive client acquisition. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, hustle, and earn uncapped commissions while expanding their skills in digital business development.

Responsibilities:

Research new business opportunities and markets.

Assist in lead generation and client outreach.

Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports.

Help maintain client relationships and manage administrative tasks.

Collaborate with the team on business strategies and campaigns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Previous experience in sales is a plus

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Analytical Skills and Market Research expertise

Experience in Lead Generation

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
