Recruitment Officer B2C Warm Leads Handling

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage B2C warm leads. This is a remote position, requiring a professional workspace setup and prior experience in virtual recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Handle B2C warm leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.

• Strong internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and a professional setup, including a laptop and noise-canceling headset.
