Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) female
Location: F 11 /1 , Hilal Road, Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and recruit students for German universities and Ausbildung programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to promote services and engage with potential clients.
• Create and run paid and organic social media campaigns to generate leads.
• Conduct online and in-person counseling sessions to guide students through the application process.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve business goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the education industry.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to improve services and outreach.
Requirements:
• Experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment (education industry preferred).
• Strong social media marketing skills, including content creation and ad management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Passion for education and helping students succeed.
• Knowledge of German universities and Ausbildung programs is a plus.
