CAD Operator Architectural / Draftsman

• Create Architectural Drawings: Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, and layouts for building designs.
• Collaborate with Architects & Engineers: Work closely with design teams to ensure plans meet project specifications and technical requirements.
• Review & Revise Plans: Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes; modify designs based on feedback.
• Project Coordination: Maintain and organize project files, drawings, and documentation for easy access by the team.
• Ensure Code Compliance: Ensure all designs meet relevant zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
• Software Proficiency: Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to draft, edit, and update plans.
• Attention to Detail: Provide precise, error-free work, ensuring clarity and accuracy in technical documents.

• Expertise in creating, modifying, and managing architectural drawings.
• Ability to work with both 2D and 3D models.
