Taxation Officer

The Taxation Officer at M/S AMC Tax and Financial Consultants will be responsible for managing tax compliance, preparing tax returns, and advising clients on tax matters. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of tax laws, and the ability to provide strategic tax planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses.

Ensure compliance with local and national tax laws and regulations.

Conduct tax audits and liaise with tax authorities when required.

Advise clients on tax planning and strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

Maintain accurate tax records and documentation.

Assist in resolving tax disputes and handling client tax queries.

Stay updated on changes in tax laws and inform clients accordingly.

Support financial reporting by ensuring proper tax calculations and disclosures.

Certification or training in taxation will be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax laws and regulations.

Proficiency in accounting and tax software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
