Job Description

Hivnox is seeking an experienced HR Manager (Night Shift) to oversee all HR functions during night operations. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management to ensure smooth call center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet call center staffing needs.
  • Conduct bulk hiring for customer support and sales roles.
  • Oversee the onboarding and training process for new employees.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale.
  • Monitor job satisfaction and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Performance & Compliance Management

  • Oversee attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and leave administration.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Handle performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Payroll & Compensation Administration

  • Manage payroll adjustments for shift differentials, overtime, and incentives.
  • Ensure timely processing of salaries and compliance with payroll policies.

Employee Support & Workplace Culture

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Foster a positive and professional work environment.
  • Provide support and wellness initiatives for night shift employees.

Job Specification

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a call center environment.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Experience in bulk hiring, shift scheduling, and payroll processing.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced night shift environment.
