What you’ll be doing
Pelicana Chicken, established in 1982 in Daejeon, South Korea, is a leading brand in the fried chicken industry, known for delivering high-quality food. With over 3000 stores globally, we are dedicated to creating a healthy food culture. We are currently seeking Shift Managers for our Lahore location to oversee daily operations in the Food & Beverages sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring a smooth workflow
- Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and complaints
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, placing orders as necessary
- Prepare and analyze shift reports for performance evaluation
