Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and self-motivated UX/UI Designer who can lead design initiatives and collaborate effectively with future team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our website and mobile applications, conducting user research, and prototyping new features to enhance user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gain insights into customer behavior and pain points.
- Data-Driven Design: Utilize data from platforms like Contentsquare to refine user experiences and drive design improvements.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or similar tools, with a mobile-first approach where applicable.
- User Journey Mapping: Develop customer journey maps and personas to ensure designs are tailored to real user needs.
- Website & Mobile App Design: Create and refine engaging user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Design System Development: Establish and maintain a cohesive design system, including style guides and UI components.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into functional, visually appealing digital experiences.
- Iterative Design Improvements: Use feedback from usability testing, analytics, and team discussions to continuously enhance design solutions.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist other departments with design expertise where needed.
