We make life easier for our users, mainly tourists who need a safe place to store their luggage before check-in or after check-out from their accommodation!

What will your daily tasks look like?
As a Customer Service Agent at Locker in the City, your main responsibilities will be:
- Review Management: Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews, maintaining positive relationships and continuously improving our service.
- Social Media Management: Create, manage, and optimize content for our social platforms to encourage interaction with users and increase brand visibility.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand our network of collaborators and clients, exploring new growth avenues for the company.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent service to our users, answering their questions and helping them enjoy our platform without issues. Customer support will be provided during the operating hours of our smart lockers, ensuring fast and efficient service at all times.
