Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as an Amazon VA or in Amazon FBA/FBM account management.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, PPC campaigns, and product optimization.
- Understanding of FBA & FBM fulfillment models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer service & dispute resolution.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
