Call Centre Agents

Horizon Bpo is looking for a peoples person to join our team and deliver customer service in a professional manner.

You will be cold calling to potential customers. First class customer service skills are therefore a must. The role will require you to work 48 hours per week (8 hours per day). Although this is not a sales role, targets do form a large part of this post. It is therefore essential that you are a self-motivated and driven individual to be able to meet these targets. Call centre experience is an advantage but fresh candidates with excellent communication skills can apply. Excellent command of English language is essential requirement. Due to location in order to be considered for this role it is essential that you have your own transport.

Excellent Communication Skills.
Excellent reading and writing skills.
Good computer skills.
Energetic and motivated person.
Able to work night shift (8pm to 5am) Monday to Saturday.
Prior Solar Energy experience an asset.
