Store And Warehouse Executive

KING CHEMICAL CORPORATION is looking for Store and Warehouse Executive. Following are the job requirements:

Education: MBA (Preferably in Supply Chain Management), or at least a bachelor’s degree
Experience: 3-5 Years, in FMCG sector.
Salary: Market Competitive.

Duties:
1) Establish and improve upon the systems of store and warehouse management to increase the overall effectiveness with FIFO.
2) Handling store and warehouse activities in relation to material inward/outward and material issue to production.
3) Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times.
4) Maintain optimal stock levels.
5) Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies.
6) Physically checking & verification of the quantity.
7) Review physical inventories periodically.
8) Carry out periodic stock audits.
9) Liaison with the production department to maintain optimum inventory.
10) Ensure accurate accountability of all transactions to and from the stores and warehouse.
11) Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of stock which cause production and financial losses.
12) Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents.

Other Requirements:
Hands on experience in Materials Management (Raw Material, and finished goods).
Responsible for Physical Inventory, Material Stacking, Tagging etc.
Must have good understanding and experience of working on ERP system.
Good leadership and team building skills.
Good communication skills. Plan and execute measures to ensure compliance to FIFO, SOP’s, and work instruction.
