Job Description
The position will be responsible for:
- Design, develop and customize training modules and materials in consultation with concerned departments.
- Liaison with concern stakeholders for mobilizing local master trainers.
- Looking after all the administrative arrangements for in-house trainings.
- Conduct optimum numbers of training courses in consultation with the L&D Head Office
- Evaluate trainings and writes course/workshop reports of trainings conducted in the centre.
- Ensure that training centre’s physical resources are well maintained and functioning.
- Assist Training Head and Coordinates with R&S for arranging induction programs for new joiners and share reports
Job Specification
5 years of proven experience and at least 2 to 3 years in relevant domain. Candidate having bank exposure will be given preference.
