Financial Data Analyst

The Financial Data Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Prepare data structures, refine, and categorise data with respect to investment portfolios requirements.
• Collect data from multiple sources and aligning it on a uniform basis to keep it compatible and consolidate and prepare meaningful data analysis.
• Manual downloading of bulk reports from different system and categories it in meaningful data for the use of stakeholder.
• Check and monitor the data feeds.
• Input and update the manual prices for the relevant securities.
• Maintain the correct categorization of securities.
• Provide data statistics and analysis on monthly basis or as required by the management.
• Monitor the KYC module and notify compliance of any upcoming expiration of documents.
• Highlight errors and inefficiencies in the system and perform necessary changes to remove errors.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as per business requirements.
• Investigate data/performance related queries raised by the team.
• Produce weekly meeting minutes for the team meeting.
• Continuously work on improving the data workflows across various departments.

a. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel Advance Level, Word & PowerPoint)

b. Microsoft Teams

c. Bloomberg

Skill Sets Required:

• Qualified to graduate level from a recognised university with majors in Financial Data Management/Accounting/Finance/Banking/Management. Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience of handling and working on bulk and unstructured data, data visualization at a banking or financial institution or finance department of reputed organization.
• A strong knowledge of MS-Office (Outlook, Excel Advance Level, Word & PowerPoint).
• Good working knowledge of Data Management tools.
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience of working on any management software or Accounting Software or Data Management System.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Self-starter and motivated.
• Willing to work as part of a team.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
• Person with intelligent working style & habits.

• Timing: Winter: 10:00 AM to 07:00PM Summer: 09:00 Am to 06:00PM.
• Working Days: From Monday to Friday.
