Job Description

The position will be responsible for improving investment relationship based on detailed analysis of stock market trends& shareholders base in order to build a mutually beneficial relationship with investors and improve the communication between the shareholders and ORGANISATION.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with equity analyst in order to provide clear and transparent messaging for their analysis and opinions of the company, and maintain access to financial institutions.
  • Organize research into the attitudes of investors, analysts, regulators and financial journalists, analyze the results, and recommend a communication strategy to improve the perception of the company in the financial community.
  • Advise the executive team on the potential impact on investors of factors such as mergers and acquisitions or dividend changes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain systems that provide control of investor and shareholder relations and improve the marketability of organization's stocks and bonds.
  • Maintain and improve relations and communications between the organization and the investing public, shareholders and financial professionals to enhance the standing of the organization in stock market.
  • Monitor changes and trends in investment markets and determines appropriate strategy.

• 12 years relevant work experience
• At least 5 years in a senior management position
• Experience in the telecom industry having command over Stock market analysis and investment relationship.

Educational Qualifications
• Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred.
• Masters Degree (Finance) from a reputed university

Salary: Rs. 220,000-300,000
