Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Pak Arab Housing Society, Ferozpur Road, Lahore, dedicated to serving our UK-based clients. In this dynamic call center environment, you will primarily conduct outbound cold calls to offer essential services in electricity, gas, and telecommunications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential clients in the UK.
- Achieving set sales targets.
- Tailoring conversations to effectively address individual client needs.
- Maintaining meticulous records of all customer interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum O/A Levels or Intermediate education (Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus).
Prior experience in the UK energy sector is a significant advantage.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness and ability to work according to UK time zone (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time).
Must be based in Lahore
