Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging IELTS training sessions for students.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses in English proficiency.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help students improve their scores.
- Stay updated on IELTS test formats and methodologies.
- Create and maintain teaching materials suitable for various learning styles.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Familiarity with IELTS exam structure and scoring criteria.
- Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong English Language Proficiency
Excellent command over reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
In-depth Knowledge of IELTS Format
Familiarity with both Academic and General Training modules.
Teaching & Communication Skills
Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
Assessment and Feedback Skills
Capable of evaluating student performance and giving constructive feedback.
Time Management
Organizing lessons and practice sessions effectively within timelines.
Patience and Empathy
Understanding students' struggles and helping them overcome challenges.
Motivational & Coaching Ability
Encouraging students to improve and stay focused on their goals.
Use of Learning Tools & Materials
Familiarity with IELTS prep books, online tools, and mock test platforms.
Cultural Sensitivity
Working with students from diverse backgrounds with respect and understanding.
Certification (Optional but Preferred)
CELTA, TESOL, or any IELTS-specific trainer certification.
