Job Description

Join our dynamic team at KH GLOABL , a leading player in the telemarketing industry based in Lahore, specializing in inbound and outbound sales campaigns in the energy sector. We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join us as Part Time Night Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities:


- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.

- Provide information about our services and assist customers with their inquiries.

- Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

- Support management in executing promotional campaigns.

Required Skills:


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Educational Qualification:
