EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR+
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and GMP compliance.
- To supervise Manufacturing & filling operations to achieve the production plan on time
- Ensure Maximum utilization of resources for delivery of quality products and to improve KPIs.
Complete documentary formalities of production orders, etc.

Technical Skills
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Strong understanding of GMP regulations and implementation.
- Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Processes: Solid knowledge of formulation, compounding, mixing, granulation, coating, and packaging.
- Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC): Ability to monitor product standards and implement quality procedures.
- Process Validation & Documentation: Familiarity with batch manufacturing records (BMR), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and validation protocols.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge
- Compliance with DRAP, ISO, and other relevant authorities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in pharmaceutical settings.
Communication & Coordination
- Ability to communicate effectively with QA, QC, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
Computer Literacy
- Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
